Right? I hate dogs anyway. The only dog I like is my neighbor's husky, who goes "Rurururu" instead of "woof bark bark yip". The "Rurururu" still gets on my nerves when he's really worked up about something, but they never leave him outside.

OH MY GOSH! There is a couple of INSANELY DEAF (i'm assuming) people on our street that evidently think since their dog has fur they're ok outside in this frighteningly cold weather. But WHY would the dog bark every SECOND non stop for about 25 minutes at 11pm or 7am????? not sure. You do the math.
